Clothing items/Boots may be exchanged for different sizes up or down as long as they are as new and unworn and MUST have all tags still attached in its original form. Postage costs for this service must be paid by the customer both ways, so please make sure you order the correct size. Items being returned for warranty repairs must be returned at the customers cost. Unwanted items will be refunded less £10 which covers the postage and packaging costs. Accessories/Parts Faulty items will be exchanged/repaired under manufacturers warranty terms. Postage costs must be paid by the customer.
