We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something.
Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel
- You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address.
- Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.
- A refund of the product cost less initial postage & handling charge and 10% restocking fee order total will be processed.
- The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance and it is recommended ALL returns are sent via a service that an item can be tracked as we will not be responsible for goods lost in transit.
Faulty products
- You must notify us that you are returning your order as soon as it develops a fault.
- In the event that the item has a fault when delivered then you must notify us giving us full details of the fault within 72 hours of receiving the item, failure to notify us within 72 hours will invalidate any claim.
- Depending on the fault of the item you may be asked to supply photos, this will help us to determine the extent of the fault and speed up the claim process.
- In the event of a fault developing within 30 days of purchase, a replacement will be sent or a full refund issued after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
- Should an item become faulty after 30 days of purchase but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, a replacement or a cost of item refund after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
- If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.
- All replacements are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
Incorrect Orders/Substitutes
- In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or substituted item, please accept our apologies and contact us to inform us of our mistake.
- Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt and subject to stock, we will ship your correct item or offer a full refund.
- Please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded.
General Terms:
- For all returns, please include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), your order number, name, postal address, email address and your eBay user name.
- Please detail your preference for a replacement or a refund and provide us with a daytime contact number should we need to contact you.
- Please allow up to 5 working days to test and process all returns, and up to 10 working days for completion of any repairs.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: We send a confirmation email via EBAY’s message system, when your order is sent out. You can contact us after you have received this confirmation, and we will send tracking information.
Q: I need to contact customer services, when will I receive a reply?
A: Our customer services aim to reply to all queries through the EBAY message system as soon as possible and the latest by the end of the day after the message was posted, or you can send us an email at info@guaranteed4less.com
Q: Do you combine postage?
A: We offer a saving on SHIPPING AND HANDLING when more than one item is bought and is sent at the same time to the same address. Don't make a payment for any item until you have finished bidding, Ebay will combine invoice. Please contact us for discounted price.
Q: Can I collect or arrange my own collection?
A: We are a mail order company and do not have a retail premises; our distribution centre does not have the facilities for collections or third party pick-ups. If you need to clarify this, please call our office or email to info@guaranteed4less.com.
Q: Can I pay by Credit Card?
A: We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cheques and Postal Orders. If you want to pay by Credit or Debit Cards, this method of payment is only accepted over the telephone. Please call our office any weekday at (01204) 520-938 and we will process your transaction.
Q: Do you ship to BFPO addresses or Internationally?
A: We do not ship to BFPO addresses and only to the countries detailed within the shipping information of our auction. Please do not bid on an item unless contacting us about shipping out of mainland UK.
Q: Can I purchase this item immediately on Buy It Now?
A: The majority of our items are listed as auctions and a Buy It Now, please use the link to our Ebay Shop from the item listing.
