We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched, usually within 24 working hours.

All items will be posted to the postal address you have registered on ebay! Please ensure this is correct before payment.

We offer worldwide shipping on the majority of our items, if there is no worldwide postage available on an item (usually larger items) feel free to contact us for a shipping quote (same with postage outside of mainland UK for larger items).

Combined shipping discounts are available for multiple purchases, if this doesn’t automatically show on the invoice you may contact us to see if we can offer any combined shipping discount for those particular items, this needs to be done before completing payment though.

We hope that you're pleased with your purchase from us, however we do understand that occasionally, you may need to return the item to us for various reasons. The first thing to do is to always contact us via email.

Returns must be within 14 days of delivery and goods returned in the same condition they were sent. Please email us so we can expect delivery stating your purchase and reason for return. We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs. All of our goods are checked to ensure you receive a perfect product.
