Condition of items

Please note that, unless clearly stated otherwise, my listings are for vintage/antique objects and therefore, by definition, are not going to be in the same condition you would expect from a brand new item. Please be assured that I always endeavour to offer the most accurate description possible of the item's condition and take multiple illustrative photographs.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the description, vintage electrical items are always sold in their original condition and without electrical guarantee, so should always be safety-checked by a qualified electrician (in the country of intended use) before use.

 

Returns

Returns may be made, if reported within 7 days and by prior arrangement only, if a mistake has been made in the listing and the item is not as described, but for no other reason. Unfortunately, simple buyer's remorse cannot qualify and the cost of return postage is not included in any refund.
