To return a product you must comply with the following: • Inform us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return any product supplied by us. • Non faulty products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods for a refund of product value only. (Return postage/carrier cost will be at the customers expense). We can arrange collection if necessary, by our carrier for a cost of £7.50, which will be deducted from any refund of non faulty products. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for any returned item and we would respectfully, request that you notify us by email once the return items have been posted. • Non faulty products returned within 7 days must be in original packaging, unopened and suitable for re-sale. • Returned goods must have Ebay Item Number, along with details of customer name, address, telephone number and reason for return enclosed. What we will refund: •Non faulty products - Full sale price charged for product only with a 10% deduction for handling and packaging, subject to the above conditions being met. •Faulty products - Product exchange,if avaialable, will be offered or a full refund offered including delivery charges,if returned within 30 days of receipt.
