We are unable to cancel an order once it has been made as all orders are sent to the warehouse for immediate processing. Please take care when placing your order as this cannot be changed once it has been confirmed. An order made in error will need to be received and pre-authorised for return via the correct eBay returns process. Returns "refused" or "not called for" will be forwarded to the correct handling address at the buyer's cost as a "no longer wanted" return. The cost of return will be deducted from any refund provided. The buyer is responsible to ensure any returns are received safely at the correct returns address. (This is different to the return to sender address). Orders are usually despatched during the day up to 2pm Monday to Friday, orders made after 2pm will be packed and collected the following working day. Orders are not collected on weekends, bank holidays, Christmas Eve or New Years Eve. Expedited orders will be sent on a faster delivery service.

PINK SUN Ltd use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for delivery and both have experienced delivery delays due to strike / industrial action. We apologise in advance for these delays that are unfortunately unavoidable and to be expected.

Postage is automatically free to UK Mainland on all orders including combined orders. Expedited orders will be sent on a faster delivery service with either Royal Mail 24 or Parcelforce 24 depending on the combined weight of the order, with 1-3 working days expected delivery time (not guaranteed). Expedited services are not available to Non UK Mainland or outlying areas such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands or Channel Islands. The speed of delivery service is beyond our control and we regret that any expedited postage paid for a faster service is non-refundable in the event of carrier delay, unless the carrier agree to make the refund.
