Exchange and Returns
Chocnmint Lingerie believe you will be pleased with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event, where you may not be fully satisfied with your purchase, we will be pleased to exchange such items or issue a full refund which would include postage costs. Please return them to us unworn and in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact within 30 days, stating briefly the exact reason for the exchange or refund. Customers exchanging or requesting for a full refund on such items will be responsible for the return postal cost. We advise you request for proof of posting from your Post Office which is free should the item get lost in the post. All our shoppers have the right to cancel their orders within 30 days on receipt of their order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Chocnmint Lingerie are pleased you have made a purchase with us. However if any of the items have a fault please return them to us unworn and intact within 14 days, with all tags and labels attached and with a short description of the fault and we will be happy to replace it or issue a full refund which would include postage costs. We advise you request for proof of posting from your Post Office which is free should the item get lost in the post. Your return postage will also be fully refunded for any faulty products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
