The main goal of this Windows Recovery disk is to help the average Windows user to recover a computer suffering from common boot problems. This boot disk will restore/recover your system so you can remove any unwanted programs slowing it down such as a virus/spyware etc. It has an easy-to-use interface that the average windows user should understand. The first thing you need to know about this windows recovery boot disk , is that it is a live cd. A live cd is basically a boot disk on a cd. You put the cd into your drive, turn it on, and the computer will load an operating system from the cd. The operating system on the cd is completely independent of your hard drive, meaning that it will start even if Windows itself cannot. Once Booted you should be able to restore your system.

We only sell Discs that have been tested and are fully functional. We have been known [not often] to get it wrong. If we have and the Disc we have sent you is faulty then simply raise a return request through eBay stating the disc is faulty and ship it back to us. When we get it back we will verify it is our disc and it is faulty and we will issue you a refund for the full amount and your return postage costs. What if you’ve bought the wrong disc or change your mind? That’s easy just raise a return request in eBay and return it to us. We don’t have any silly rules about it being un-opened we just need you to return it to us un-damaged. In this case you would have to pay the cost of postage from us and returning the disc to us. We would ask that when arranging the return you don’t put ‘item not as described’ as the reason as this is often misleading for the reasons we have listed above.
