We Do Not provide a Guaranteed Saturday Delivery Service.

For Express Deliveries or Next Working Day Deliveries, please ensure your order is placed with us before 3pm to receive your item on the next working day. If you order an item on Friday and pay for Express Delivery or Next Day delivery, you will receive your item(s) on the Next working day which typically is a Monday. Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will not be delivered until Tuesday. Please consider these timeframes when ordering online.

We reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. We do not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless we are responsible for the error. In the unlikely event a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.

We are committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you would like to return any unworn/unused products, please follow the guidelines on the reverse of your invoice.

Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned with all their tags and in the same packaging they arrived in. We will need your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return, plus the particulars of any exchange required.

Upon inspection of returned product, we will issue a full refund to the payment method used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense. Warranty items are subject to inspection and only eligible for repair, replacement or disposal.

Items should be returned via a tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail recorded) to enable your item arrives safely, All exchanges will be shipped out via Royal Mail 2nd class subject to stock availability . We cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery.

Returned items must be unused and have all the original packaging and tags intact so that items can be resold. If we find that items have not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition,
we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. When returning item(s), you will be responsible for the cost of
postage unless otherwise agreed in advance. For your own protection we suggest you use 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery* to track your item(s) and to ensure the
package is signed for upon delivery. If requesting an exchange, we will post the item(s) back to you free of charge (applies to UK customers only*).

How to Return an Item:

1. All you need to do is complete the returns form which is located on the reverse of your delivery note

2. Peel off the address label

3. Package the item up and enclose the returns form within the box or package you are returning back to us.

4. Stick the returns label to the outside of the package you are sending back to us

5. Send the item back to us

Items should be returned via a tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail recorded) to enable your item arrives back safely. All exchanges will be shipped out via Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise agreed with a customer service advisor. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by recorded delivery.

As soon as we receive your item back we will process your request and advise by email once complete, exchanges can take 3 working days to complete from the date of receiving items back
