The Vault Menswear`s motto of "Looking Good is Feeling Good" is not just a set of words or a catchy strap line, it is exactly how we feel about our fashion. We firmly believe that the feeling you get from pulling on those brand new jeans or that great new shirt helps create a positive, confident mind set.

The Vault Menswear was founded in 2008 with the vision of creating a classy, easy to navigate and secure web site, full of quality men's designer clothes. We aim to ensure that all our customers are treated on an individual basis and that customer service, something that can be difficult to give over the internet, is our primary concern. The quality of the brands we have on board goes with out saying. Their individual reputations for innovative design, funky colours, excellent workmanship and value for money is why we feel proud to work with them and proud to be able to bring you their products.

Our Choosen method of payment is Paypal only. We Require Immediate payment for all buy it now listed items.

Shipping

To receive your order in time for Christmas please place your order before 4pm on Thursday 22 December 2011 if you are a resident of the UK. For international orders please contact customer services to confirm the date which orders are to be received by to ensure delivery before Christmas.

UK Mainland Deliveries -

Our courier of choice for UK Mainland deliveries is DPD/Interlink Express Delivery Company who operate a next day delivery service on all orders placed before 15.30 monday to thursday.

DPD/Interlink Express Provide a one hour delivery window *(Uk Only) so you dont have to wait in all day for your parcel. Providing you supply us with a valid mobile telephone number or email address DPD/Interlink Express will text or email you that morning and tell you the hour which your parcel is going to be delivered. If not convenient, you can text or email back and change the delivery date to suit you.

Northern Ireland

Offshore – Isle of Man / Isle of White / Jersey etc.

Interlink Express run a Next Day Delivery Day policy on all orders place before 15.30pm Monday to Thursday. Interlink Express will deliver to the address you have chosen between the hours 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday.

Please remember that you can have your parcels delivered to an alternate address.

UK – NON Mainland Deliveries -

Our courier of choice for UK – NON Mainland is Royal Mail First Class post.

All parcels are dispatched by first class delivery which is guaranteed 1-2 working days. These are also recorded /signed for items. Royal Mail will deliver to the address you have chosen once, upon no reply, a card will be posted displaying the location of the local Post Office / Sorting Office that the item has been returned too. European Delivery / Worldwide Deliveries -

Our courier of choice for European Delivery and Worldwide Delivery is Royal Mail International Signed For.

All parcels are dispatched by International Signed for delivery which is estimated 3-5 working days.

Christmas Returns Policy
Our 14 Day Returns Policy Will Start From Christmas Day Rather Than The Date You Purchase, Meaning You Will Have Until The 7th January 2012 To Return Any Unwanted Gifts For A Full Refund.

We will replace or refund all items within 14 woking days of you recieving your order and your order returning to us, provided the following rules are followed.

• You have the original order confirmation/receipt of sale documentation.
• The item(s) are returned complete, unworn and in the original packaging.
• All original tags and labelling are still attached.
• When you try the clothing on please refrain from wearing aftershaves or deodorant this will reduce the chance of any scents or marks on the item.

If your item(s) return outside the 14 working days policy we can can send you an email Gift voucher to the value of your items for you to spend on our website or you can exchange them for a different size or style by emailing us your request.
Promotional Offers

All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts, must be returned in their entirety. Failure to comply may result in you being charged the full price for the items you keep.
Exchange

• Return the unwanted item to Davicore Clothing; order your new item online, upon receipt of the returned item we will refund to you immediately.
• Return the unwanted item to Davicore Clothing, email, phone or include a note with the returned item giving us details of the new colour, size or style and we will contact you straight away to discuss getting your new item to you. (This may incur a postal cost. )

Simply Want Your Cash Back?

• Return the unwanted item to Davicore within 14 working days and we will refund the cost on receipt of the item.

Please allow upto 7-14 days for refund to go back onto original card.
