The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, we will refund the cost of the item if returned to us within 30 days of the item being received by you if you are not completely satisfied.
Please contact us before returning any item for details of how to return your item.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings unless they are faulty.
When we receive your purchase, we will refund your payment (generally within 3 working days).
Defective jewellery will be replaced free of charge.
All returns will be inspected before we issue a refund. If the returned jewellery has been damaged, altered or worn it will not be accepted.
All paperwork and packaging must be included with the returned item.
If you change your jewellery in any way, you acknowledge that you order will be non-refundable.
We regret that due to health reasons (ie risk of infection) we are unable to exchange any earrings unless they have manufacturing defects.
It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that all items are returned fully insured.
