Recorded delivery is also available so if a tracking number is required please select this option

If a parcel sent to the UK is lost we cannot make a claim until the item has been missing for 15 days.  All international parcels must be missing for 30 days.

If this time expires and your parcel has not been received we will either send another one out or issue a refund upon request.

Any damaged parts must be returned with all damaged packaging.  This is to ensure we can make a successful claim.

If parts are correctly issued a postage refund will not be given.  Also return parts that have been correctly issued will incurr a 20% restocking fee.
