So whenever an order is received by us we promise to dispatch it within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. We dispatch all items via Royal Mail's 1st Class service. The estimated delivery time for 1st Class is 1-3 working days. Whilst Royal Mail state that most items will be delivered within these time frames it can occasionally take up to 15 days. Unfortunately once Royal Mail collect items from us we lose any influence and control over their delivery. We ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If you require a purchased item to arrive quickly we recommend you choose a guaranteed next day delivery service. International Shipping - All international shipments will be sent via Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service. This method carries a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery. ReturnsAt Jazooli customer satisfaction is paramount. That is why any item received, deemed to be faulty or damaged, will be replaced or refunded without hesitation. Please contact us before you decide to return an item as some problems can be resolved without the need to return the item. All items must be returned in their original packaging. We can issue a full refund if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt. Alternatively we can issue replacement items up to 28 days from receipt. If a product is faulty or damaged then a replacement will be shipped the same day, or a refund given upon the safe return of the original item. Damaged GoodsIf your goods are no longer wanted you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. The goods need to be unopened and with all their original packaging. Unwanted GoodsOn the chance you ordered the wrong product we will happily exchange the product for the correct item charging or refunding the difference where appropriate. FAQ’sQuestion:My item has not arrived next day and yet I paid for special delivery which is guaranteed next day. Answer:Please make sure you have placed your order before 2.00PM that day to receive it the next day. Royal Mail can deliver up to 1:30PM and DPD might deliver your item. You should receive a text when your delivery will be made. Question:I received my item today however it is damaged? Answer:Sometimes when we send items they can become damaged. We apologise for this and we will provide you with a free post address label and send out a replacement item. You may also be asked to complete a Royal Mail form to state the item was damaged on delivery. Question:When will I receive my item? Answer:Although we send all of our items via Royal Mail 1st Class post we cannot guarantee the actual delivery date. All items are dispatched within 24 hours and therefore you shouldn’t be waiting too long for your item. If you ordered using our next day delivery service then so long as you did so before 3.00PM you should receive it the very next day. Question:Can I cancel my order? Answer:Yes. If your order has not been dispatched then we can cancel it and refund you. However it is likely that your order has been processed and will already be in the postal system. Answer:Unfortunately this is not possible because we are not geared up for over the counter retail sales so please order online. Question:Can I exchange my item? Question:Do you offer a discount if I order more than one item? Answer:It depends on how many items you would order. If you order anything under 10 items then sorry we would not be able to give you a discount because we already sell our items at the lowest price possible for such quantities.
