Some items may be reserved with a deposit and paid off monthly over three months in some cases. Please ask first before buying to confirm this is available on the item and arrangements can be agreed.

We ship using Parcels 2 Go worldwide to all countries. Please note that shipments to Malta, Norway, Greece, and Switzerland can cost more than other European countries, if based in one of these countries click the 'ask a question' link (upper right) for further information on shipping costs before purchasing.

The buyer should ask for insurance before paying otherwise your item may be shipped without. It is also the buyers responsibility to accept delivery of the item or to collect from a local depot if they are not in at the time of delivery. Any additional custom charges for international buyers are also the responsibility of the buyer.

All items are shipped exactly as stated in the listing. I strive to make the descriptions of products very precise and objective. If you still have questions, please contact me before you buy. Therefore, general returns from buyers who have changed their mind after the item has been shipped are not available.

Unfortunately I have no control over items once shipped. Buyers are guaranteed to be sent the item(s) described, but there is always a small chance of shipping damage. Where insurance is taken out, an exchange or refund may be offered after a successful postal claim has been made. In these cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional postage costs incurred. Please do not buy unless you understand and agree to these terms.

Note to collectors on boxes and packaging - while many customers do not mind the condition of outer boxes or packaging for items it is noted that some collectors require pristine boxes or packaging for some collectable items. If you are a collector and this is important please ask about box condition before purchasing. Due to the nature of postal services and sometimes storage, some stock may not always have pristine outer packaging. The responsibility on checking the box condition is with the collector to ask if this is an important feature of the item being purchased. Items will not be later discounted or accepted for return due to 'imperfections or minor damage' to the outer box.
