Please be aware that our plinth and legs are only used for our stone trays, our acrylic trays are unable to fit with plinth and legs.

Deliveries

Please ensure you leave a valid telephone number on checkout. Failure to do this will result in delayed dispatch as we must give your contact number to the couriers.Please make sure you check your email after purchasing from us, once we have the delivery schedule for your area we will email you to confirm your delivery date. All deliveries are made within 5-7 working days and therefore do not be concerned if you have not heard from us within a few days. We will contact you.
Once we have confirmed a delivery date with you, if the driver attends your property and no one is at home we will then charge a redelivery charge of 20 pounds for shower enclosures/trays and 10 pounds for bath screens. This will be to cover a second delivery. If you provide incorrect delivery details you will be charged a re delivery charge as the couriers will charge us, again this may delay your delivery.

If you would like a specific or next day delivery please email us once you have completed purchase to request invoice.Please bear in mind during peak times your emails may take upto 24 hours to be dealt with.Specific and Next day delivery for enclosures/trays is £20.00, for bathscreens £10.00.

We like to ensure our products reach our customers in perfect condition, therefore if your item is damaged in transit a few things may happen. We may cancel your order and refund you in full. You may prefer to cancel you order. If you particularly want this item then we will dispatch for you using another courier but this may take 5-7 working days from your redelivery request. We will do our best to get your item to you as soon as possible, however ensuring it arrives to you in good condition is our priority. Sadly if the item is damaged for the third time we will have no option other than to cancel you order and refund you in full. Please make sure you check the glass whilst the driver is present and sign as damaged if there is any.
