Returns must be notified to us in advance and we will use our appointed trackable carriers to collect items for safe return or provide a return address for customer to send by own means, subject to item type/reasons.

Failure to comply with the returns procedure with unsolicited parcels or unreasonable and/or excessive postage costs/services on faulty item may result in us only refunding the return postage costs we ourselves would normally reasonably incur.

Non-faulty items will be refunded in accordance with EU long distance selling regulations, subject to item being received within 14 days of purchase, unused, and in original packaging. Item price and original shipping will be refunded. Return shipping costs will remain the liability of the customer, in accordance with EU long distance selling regulations except where items have been sent in error or are signicantly not as descibed.

DAMAGED PARCELS: Any obvious sign of external damage to a parcel/wrapping must be pointed out to the delivery driver before signing for and taking delivery of item. Signing for an item is acceptance of the parcel and we cannot entertain disputes after-the-fact on allegations of internal damaged items if the carrier is not made aware first at the time of receipt. All packaging and labelling must be kept and item is not to be opened until carrier has been notified of damage.

We also cannot be held liable for 3rd party courier services damaging items in transit in relation to feedback. Luckily this is very rare, however customers leaving feedback comments/ratings relating to courier services out of our control, without prior discussion with us first to address the issue, will result in possible blocking from future purchases and reporting to ebay for unfair/defamatory feedback for issues we are not liable for. 

DAMAGED ITEMS: Delivery Carrier is to be notified first, directly by customer at time of receipt or within 24hrs if signed for by a 3rd party/relative in accordance with the damaged parcel policy above. Customers must also inform us, within the same period and include details of what has been informed to courier so we can note records and pursue report ourselves with carrier.

PURCHASED IN ERROR: Please ensure that you read the listing details carefully as we cannot unfortunately be held liable for return shipping costs for wrong size, colour, purpose items where the listing correctly and clearly states all this before original purchase was made and item dispatched.
