Some of the replacement keys and remote cases that we sell require an explanation as to how you swap the key blade over, change the Transponder chips or swap the circuit board. If you are a Garage, Key Cutter, Locksmith, Auto Electrician or Auto Locksmith you probably won't need to watch any of our tutorials however for members of the public that are purchsing items from us you may need your hand holding and to see a rough guide of how to repair your Car key / Remote.
Return policy details
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if in a new condition. Keys must be returned uncut. Personalised and engraved gifts are only returnable if we have made an engraving mistake, if the mistake was the customers when engraving instructions were given then no return of goods is permitted. Of course any damaged or faulty goods can be returned for a replacement or refund within 14 days
