Baby-Merc Uk Return Policy
Items Lost In Post
All of our UK items are despatched using a 48 Carrier Standard delivery.
All orders will all have to be signed for.
(This is to protect both buyers and sellers against loss, damage, theft and fraud.)
And in the case of a claim being made all the paperwork is traceable and can save time and money, and will allow a promt refund if needed.
For any items lost by the carriers we will send you a letter to sign and return to us to state that the item has not been delivered by the choosen company.
Once we have received this back, and the tracking system, and paperwork still confirms non delivery of the item, we will send you a new item out within 7 days. (Please note if it says an attempted delivery was made and a card was left we cannot send a new item out straight away - we will need to check where the item is or was left by the carrier).
We will make all the claims for you, and during the claims process the carrier will contact you either by letter or a visit to check up certain things. This is standard practise and is nothing to worry about.
Baby-Merc UK Returns Policy
If you are returning goods that are not faulty or damaged, they must be returned as new (in the condition you received them.) These must be returned to us within 7 working days. Before the item is returned, please contact us at Baby-Merc Uk, and inform us the reasons why the item is being returned. If you are returning non-faulty goods then the buyer has to cover the return costs to Baby-Merc Uk, and arrange with their own carriers to deliver the item back to Baby Merc. Once the buyer has arranged the full tracking number must be sent to baby Merc UK.
Faulty and damaged items
If an item is faulty when you receive it, please email us and state the fault, also we will need to see pictures of the damage or fault. You can take these with a digital camera or with a mobile phone. We will then arrange a refund / replacement / or exchange.
In the case of the item being faulty Baby Merc UK will cover the cost of the return postage.
In all instances please can you contact us first, so that we can help you with the returns process. We aim to offer 100% customer service and want to work with you to resolve and problems or issues you may have with one of our items.
We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours, but this is often sooner.
