Our order processing time is 2-3 working days. Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery will take place within 2-5 working days. We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by Delivery Carriers.

As we are selling on multi sites, order quantities are hard to track, however we aim to update our stock with 48hrs. If one or multi of ordered items are out of stock, we will email you to inform you the expecting 'Back in Stock' date and offer you the choice of refund or wait for the order. If out of stock and you are also willing to wait, we will ship whatever items you have ordered are currently in stock to you straight away, we will ship 'back-in-stock' item(s) to you free of charge once the products are back in stock.

Trading Standards stated no personal hygiene type of products can be Returned or Exchanged if the original seals are broken or been worm. (That is including Perfumes, Fragrances, Aftershaves, Underwears, Contact Lenses, and many more. Please check with Trading Standards.)

We will Exchange any items that are wrong size or color been dispatched for free within 7 days from the date we despatched original item. Otherwise delivery fees are your responsibility.

Any RETURN / REFUND must notify us within 7 days from the date we despatched original item. You are responsible for the delivery fees unless its quality problem.

ALL approved Return and Refund will be issued after we have received the item and inspected that is in perfect resell condition. If the original seal has been broken, we will charge a 20% of final value for restocking and only refund 80%.

Any Exchanges and Returns must be shipped back with Recored and Insured Delivery. We do not hold responsibility for the damge or lose if you do not comply with our requirement during return process.
