Curiosità
Valette Foie Gras è un'azienda giunta ormai alla terza generazione della famiglia Vallette. Fu creata dal nonno Jacques nel 1920 a St Clair, un piccolo paese a soli otto chilometri da Gourdon, nel cuore del Sud-Ovest della Francia, con l'obiettivo principale di produrre Foie Gras di alta qualità, obiettivo peraltro che rimane attuale. Adrien Valette, il nonno dell'attuale proprietario, Jacques Valette, ha viaggiato molto, alla ricerca di prodotti di altissima qualità come il foie gras, tartufi, funghi e noci e diventò un'esperto. Nel 1984 Jacques, è stato nominato Company Manager. Con la sua visione giovane, ha promosso e fatto conoscere 'Valette Foie Gras' in tutto il mondo partecipando a manifestazioni gastronomiche e International Food Show e creando il primo catalogo di vendita per corrispondenza. Nel 2008 ha ricevuto 3 medaglie al 'Concours Général Agricole' di Parigi, per un totale di 30 medaglie in 20 anni.

Preriscaldate il forno per 6 minuti a 160 °C, togliete il coperchio al vaso e ponetelo in forno per 10-15 minuti finchè il soufflè sarà lievitato e di colore dorato, servite subito
