Our jewelries are hand made by highly skillful craftsmen in China.

We only use high quality gemstones made by Swarovski or cubic zirconia high realistic simulated diamonds. Quality of our jewelries are comparable with Swarovski products though they are not produced by Swarovski.

All of the jewelries (except items specified in other materials) are 18K yellow gold or 18K white white gold plated (nickel free). Thickness of the plating layer is 50 microinches so they won't tarnish easily.

We care the world. Wastewater produced in manufacturing process is recycled by high technology wastewater treatment processes: neutralization, coagulation, sedimentation and ion exchange.  No polluting effluent is discharged.

Emails shall be sent to your email box (the email address you used to register your eBay account) upon you purchase this item, the payment is received and when the item is dispatched from our dispatching centre respectively. Shipping fee includes the costs of packing, handling and normal postage fee.

All items shall be dispatched within 2 working days after payments have completed.

All items shall be sent by using Hong Kong Postage non-registered small package air mail from Hong Kong. Tracking number will be available only if the parcel is to be sent by using registered mail while the buyer is required to pay an additional GBP2 registered mail per package. Please contact me to add GBP2 in the invoice before you pay if you want your package to be sent by using registered mail. 

Shipping to UK normally takes about 7 to 18 days from the day of dispatch.

Shipping to USA, Australia or other Western European countries normally takes about 8 to 20 days from the day of dispatch.

Shipping to Canada and Eastern European countries normally takes about 14 to 30 days from the day of dispatch (Canada and some Eastern European Country's Customs check speed is unstable and may take longer time than other countries sometimes).

Shipping time may take 5 to 10 days more than normal during peak seasons * (please see details in below).

For faster and smoother pass in buyer's countries custom check, we'll mark the items as gift on declaration form on the parcel. And detailed description and quantity of the items in the parcels shall be stated clearly on the declaration forms.

Normally, import tax / duties may not be imposed for low price and small quantity items in parcel by the buyer's country Customs. However, buyer should be responsible for the import tax / duties when import tax / duties is required though it happens very rarely.

Since the frequent lost during postage, we are sorry that we do not ship to Italy, Central America, South America and Africa.

* Peak Seasons: (Christmas peak Season: 25th Nov to 31st Dec, Chinese New Year peak season: 6th Feb to 13th Feb in 2013, 26th Jan to 5th Feb in 2014, Easter peak season: From 10 days before Easter to Easter)  

Buyers must pay within 7 days from the day of purchase.

Payment paid by echeck may normally take 3 to 10 days to be cleared. Status of payment will be incomplete before the echeck is cleared. Please check clearly in your paypal account the expected clearing date when you pay in paypal by using echeck.

Unpaid strike will be reported if the payment could not be completed within 10 days after purchase.

Example:

For 3 items A, B and C; shipping cost of them are GBP4, GBP5 and GBP6 respectively. The combined shipping cost will be GBP4 + GBP5 + GBP6 - GBP2 (GBP2 off combined shipping discount for 3 items purchased and paid in a single payment) = GBP13.

If the 3 items are paid in separated payments, no discount will be offered and the total shipping cost will be GBP15.

All of our items shall be inspected and packed carefully before being dispatched. If buyer find any quality problem of the item received, please feel free to contact us within 7 days from the day of item received.  We shall resend the item to you if the defective item is returned to us (buyer should be responsible for the return postage fee).

In case of items received have no defect or no damage, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. In this case, buyers must contact us within 7 working days after day of delivery and return the items received to us  in good condition. Buyers are responsible to return postage fee. Refund will be issued when the returned items are received. GBP2.5 handling fee per item will be charged and the handling fee will be deducted in the refund.
