Returns and Refunds Customlids must be informed immediately upon receipt of goods if they arrive damaged. Customers have the right to cancel, within 7 days, where unused merchandise, in its original condition and packaging needs to be returned. A levy of 30% will be charged for goods not returned in their original packaging. Goods that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, in which case they will be covered by a manufacturers warranty. All refunds must be supported by the original sales documents. Goods returned from outside the EC must be marked clearly "MAIL ORDER GOODS FOR EXCHANGE - NO DUTY" on the packaging. Goods returned from outside the UK for exchange, may be liable to a further postage charge to cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item(s).
