Payment

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal you can also pay by cheque and postal order

PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.

Cheque - Cheques must be from a UK bank in Pounds Sterling It is a good idea to put the item number you have bought and your address on the back of the cheque - lots of people forget!. Cheque payments will require a 7 day clearing period although smaller payments from ebayers with a good standing maybe despatched straight away at our own discretion. Please contact us before paying by cheque.

Postal Order -We accept British Postal Orders in Pounds Sterling. Please ensure you enclose a note with the item number you have bought or a print of the item page - Also don't forget to give us your address! - lots of people forget!! Please contact us before paying by cheque.

Payment should be made in full within 3 days of purchase.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.

Non Payment

Please be certain you want/ can pay for the item before you commit to buy. As soon as you commit to buy then eBay charges the seller a commission, if you then fail to pay we still have to pay the commission AND a relisting fee.

Shipping

We try and ship everything out to you as soon as possible and as soon as payment has been cleared. All items we list on eBay are in stock at our warehouse. We use bubble post bags or suitable mail bags for protection on all items.

If you place an order before 3 PM, Monday-Friday we normally ship the same day. If you place an order during weekend or holiday period we will ship the next working day. The shipment to UK addresses usually takes 1-3 working days. Please note: Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 7 working days to deliver the item within so please wait 7 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us.

 International shipping:

 International delivery usually takes 7-14 working days. Orders are normally shipped via Royal Mail.  

 

Returns

Warranty 

Most items come with a 12 MONTH RTB WARRANTY (unless otherwise noted ) covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay.
Satisfied or your money back Dorset Digitall allows you 14 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period  at your own expense accompanied by your invoice.

The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

Returns 

We adhere to the Distance Selling regulations which are as follows. If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and advise the damage. We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be re-imbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to yourself.

If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund within 14 days, however you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us in good condition. This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new - please contact us prior to returning an item to confirm it is acceptable Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We answer all messages within 24hr (Monday to Friday).
We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return otherwise the refund will be delayed.

Disclaimer:

When you sending back item for replace, repair or Refund we will not be responsible if the goods does not reach us. Note: Keep safe proof of your posting in case your goods goes missing you should be able to make claim against it. Please check with currier company for claims. Any returned items that have any signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
