PAYMENT :-We accept Paypal, Credit or Debit Cards, Cheques, Postal Orders. To make card payments, call us on 0116 2896092.
Payment to be made within 3 days of purchase.
We strongly recommend all payments sent via Royal mail are sent Special or Recorded Delivery
P&P CHARGES :-
Most of our items are FREE P&P to Mainland UK Zone 1. For items sent by carrier, a zonal charge may be levied by the carrier for addresses outside this zone. Please see "SHIPPING" below to see if your address is outside Zone 1.
We will gladly ship to all destinations in the UK and Europe, but please see below for UK postcodes that may be subject to a carrier "Zonal Charge" on top of the quoted ship cost.
If your postcode is mentioned below, Please contact us for these charges BEFORE BIDDING.
ZONE 2 (Highlands & Islands of Scotland):- IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PA49-50, ZE.
ZONE 3 (NI, IoM, SCILLY ISLES):- BT, IM, TR21-25.
CHANNEL ISLANDS AND REPUBLIC of IRELAND: Classed as "International" by the carrier and will be charged accordingly.
All European buyers MUST CONTACT US BEFORE BIDDING to obtain shipping costs to your address.
Non EC countries' Customs laws may result in extra charges when goods are imported to those countries. All non UK buyers must ensure they are aware of any rules applying to their imports.
Goods to the above destinations will not be shipped unless the extra charges have been paid.
IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT PARCELS CAN BE RECEIVED. Many carriers will not leave parcels without a signature.
If no one is in to sign for the parcel, the driver may leave the parcel with a neighbour or will leave a card instructing you to contact the local depot. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE CARD.
If no contact is made, the carrier will return the parcel to us. THIS WILL RESULT IN FURTHER DELIVERY CHARGES BEFORE THE PARCEL CAN BE RE-SENT.
If you have emailed us but haven't received a reply within 2 working days, it's almost certain we haven't received your email.
Due to the ever increasing number of time wasting spam emails we have been receiving, we have been forced to increase the sensitivity of our email spam filter. Unfortunately but unavoidably this may cause a few genuine emails to be bounced.

We use the eBay "Automated Feedback" system. As soon as your payment clears, we automatically leave you positive feedback.
If you haven't received your goods when Ebay sends a feedback reminder, please contact us so we can investigate.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we would ask you to contact us to give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before leaving neutral or negative feedback - just leaving such feedback will not resolve the issue!
Where stated, the Manufacturer provides warranty for defects caused by faulty materials and workmanship during the stated period.
Both we and the manufacturer reserve the right at our or their discretion to replace or repair any item returned to us under guarantee. This may entail you or us sending the item to the manufacturer for repair / replacement according to their policy. Fair wear and tear is not covered, e.g. cutting blades and bits will not stay sharp forever, light bulbs can blow without being faulty!
Please ensure you have fully read and understood the above terms and conditions - by buying / bidding on any of our items, you are deemed to have agreed to them. Your statutory rights are not affected.
