Intention of returning items must be notified to us, in writing, within 7 days of the customer receiving the order.
We will then send the customer specific instructions on returning items, along with any returns number which is required to be used.
CUSTOMERS MUST NOT RETURN GOODS WITHOUT RECEIVING RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. ANY GOODS RETURNED BY NOT FOLLOWING OUR INSTRUCTIONS, MAY BE REFUSED, OR THE PROCESS DELAYED.
Items must be returned to us no later than 14 days from the date the order was received by the customer.
We have the legal right to refuse -
Any requested returns after 7 days from the date the customer receives the order.
Also, any returned items received back to us, after 14 days from date the customer received the order.
All returns are sent back to us at the customers own cost.
If the wrong item/s were despatched, the item/s were damaged in transit on their way to you, or the item/s are faulty, then the seller will cover the cost of return postage if the customer requires to return.
In these cases, if a refund is requested, we will refund the full price you paid for the order, including any postage costs paid by the customer/incurred by the seller.
If a replacement is requested, we will despatch this at our cost.
Items which are returned for a refund within the 14 day limit, due to the customer changing your mind upon receipt of the item/s, for whatever reason - the cost of the order will be refunded, minus any postage costs paid by the customer/incurred by the seller.
Also, for non packaging/stationery items only, we *MAY* (at our discretion) subtract a restocking fee from the refund. Please see individual listings for info on this.
All item/s returned to us, other than faulty or damaged items, must be unused, in it's original packaging if applicable, and in re-saleable condition.
Upon the seller receiving the return, If this is judged not to be the case, or there is any sign of misuse, bad treatment etc while in your possession, then the seller has a legal right to refuse the return.
PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS, ALL OF THE ABOVE DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY FOOD PACKAGING ITEMS, UNLESS THE ITEM REMAINS UNOPENED AND UNUSED, AND ANY SEAL/PRODUCT PACKAGING REMAINS UNBROKEN.
