If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can notify us by email to sales@select-cctv.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. You should take reasonable care of the product and packaging and return all accessories etc. that came with the product and pack it in original condition as received. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: - In the event that the product has been used, to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights. If the product you purchased develops a fault within 12 months from delivery, we will normally offer a prompt repair service. If the item can not be repaired within a reasonable time scale we will offer a replacement equal to or better than the item purchased, depending on stock availability. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be: (a) in otherwise 'as new' condition. (b) complete with any accessories that came with it. (c) with the original box inner bags and packaging. Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. In these cases, we will also pay for our costs of collecting / returning the goods. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery only. Premium services are not available. This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
