Q: How can I order the correct size for the helmet? A: Please send us an email to confirm your helmet size after you order your helmet. You can also leave message asking for right size for the helmet in your Paypa payment if you pay by Paypal. WE have full size (from Small to X Large) for most helmets.
Please use the chart in the description to choose a suitable size according to your measurement.
Q: When can I expect to receive my item? A: This is normally depending on the shipping method you choose when you put an order. Please refer to the shipping section for More details.
Q: Why haven't I received my item after the expecting days have passed? A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Perhaps it has been delayed somehow by royal mail or other couriers. In the unlikely events, maybe it's gone lost. We can guarantee that your item is posted once payment has been cleared. but after we send the item, it will be out of our control. Items can be returned for replacement, refund or exchanging for a different size or colour subject to a re-postage charge. On most orders we can combine shipping to offer a postage discount.
eg.All the items weight below 1000g will be free of postage if you order together with other items which is over 2000g such as helmets, top boxes etc
For maximum delivery charges and multi-item postage discount please wait for an invoice confirmation if the discount does not appear in your purchase.
For the items which are weight Less than 1000g: We normally deliver them by Royalmail 1st class or 2nd class as you required. Most items will be posted by 2nd as default option to save your postage cost, which take 3-5 working days. Please choose 1st class in the shipping option, which of course costs more if you need something urgently.
For the items which are weight above 1000g: We normally deliver them by Next Day delivery Couriers or Royalmail 1st class if the next day delivery service is not suitable in your area, which take 1-2 days (Mon-Fri). Tracking code for higher value items may be available upon request.
2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE For all light items (under 2000g), we have worldwide delivery service via Royal Mail airmail. For other items (above 2000g), please contact us for a quote before put an order, particularly if you are not from any EU countries.
3. WHEN I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER Once payment is received your order will be processed within 48 hours Mon-Fri, unless states otherwise on the advert. However, we aim to dispatch all orders the same working day (excluding any public holidays and bank holidays) if payments have cleared before 11am.
Estimated delivery dates are 95% correct (please refer to our feedback result and see quick delivery service we have been using.) but we cannot guarantee this as once the item has been dispatched it is in the hands of our courier, and it is out of our control. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery in case of any postal delays.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you though we may use recycled packaging material environmental friendly. Please check the item(s) are correct and not damaged while in transit, before signing for it. A signature is your acceptance of the item(s) in good order. Please make sure you are available for delivery as this applies to any signature received for the item.
4.NON DELIVERY LIMITATION: We send goods via third parties eg Royal Mail. We rely on you to tell us if your goods have not arrived. We therefore do not entertain claims for non delivery if you have not notified us within 10 days of dispatch that the goods of not arrived.
