We reserve the right to cancel any sales where Paypal payments are made using an unconfirmed address. Clearance of cheques may take as long as 8 working days.

Shipping policy: Unless otherwise stated in our listings, we aim to ship within 3 days from receipt of payment via Paypal or card payment, or if payment is made by cheque from date of clearance. We acknowledge receipt of all payments and send an email advising when goods are dispatched.

Returns policy: Should you not be 100% satisfied with our products, we are happy to accept the return of any purchases, within 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned, at the Buyer's expense, in their original state and packaging. A full refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges will be paid on receipt. Warranty Information: We offer a 12 months manufacturer's guarantee on our soldering machines and 6 months on the heating elements.
