Item(s) will be dispatched on clearing of payment. If payment is not received within 7 days of the auction end a non-payment dispute will be opened which may result in a non-payment strike which may result in suspension and / or exclusion from eBay. If goods are found to be faulty within 7 days, a full refund to the value of the goods will be given excluding postage, upon receipt of the goods. This is not available on goods being sold as faulty. All return postage and packaging costs are to be borne by the buyer. Proof of post is obtained for every item. Tracking number available on request. In the event of loss in transit a full refund or replacement will be issued. If the items are returned and found not to be faulty then either : 1) return postage costs must be paid before the item is re-dispatched or 2) a 20% re-stocking charge will be incurred. There are no refunds on blank media (cd / dvd / etc) or software due to compatibility or other read or write issues.
