Delivery

All items are in stock and are usually despatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays will be despatched the next working day.

We send laptops via Royal Mail recorded delivery only. This usually takes 1 - 2 working days, but not guaranteed. Please ensure someone is at the address to sign for the item.

Europe & Ireland - Please contact us for shipping costs prior to bidding.

We always obtain proof of posting. We will only refund payment or send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. For UK deliveries the Royal Mail consider an item to be lost 15 working days after posting.

Postage

ere P&P is charged seperately the cost includes stamp, packaging, and handling fees. Postage costs are part of the overall cost of buying items by mail. Please only buy the item if you accept the postage costs to be reasonable.
