SOT-092S PARROT SOT LEAD FOR FORD

GENUINE AUTOLEADS PRODUCT - WE ARE AUTHORISED DEALERS

This lead is designed to interface between the radio and the radio harness. It provides a power and earth supply to the handsfree kit and route the phone audio through the cars front speakers. No vehicle cables need to be cut.

SOT-092S Parrot Lead is compatible with the following vehicles:

Ford Fiesta : 2006 Onwards
Ford Mondeo : 2003 Onwards
Ford Focus : 2005 Onwards
Ford Focus C-Max : 2003 Onwards
Ford S-Max : 2005 Onwards
Ford Transit/Connect : 2006 onwards (New Shape Transit)

This allows aftermarket accessories with ISO connectors (i.e Parrot bluetooth handsfree kits) to be plugged easily into the original radio speaker cable.

Please Note: This lead will allow you to retain the controls on your steering wheel where applicable. if you do not have steering controls please purchase the sot-092 which can be found in our ebay shop.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure that is the correct Parrot SOT Lead for your car by firstly checking to see if your make, model and year of car is listed in the advert. Secondly by checking to see if the connection in the picture listed is the same as you have in your vehicle.

We also accept postal orders/cheques which can be sent to Unit 6, Wandsworth Trading Estate, 118-120 Garratt Lane, London, SW18 4DJ and made out to Dynamic Sounds Ltd.

For European orders we accept paypal and bank transfer only.

Please do not bid on the item if you cannot pay this way. ALL unpaid auctions, without exception will be reported to ebay.

Shipping

Most orders completed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day, orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day (Mon-Fri).

Goods are shipped to the United Kingdom and European Union countries. We use DPD / Royal Mail for deliveries for Mainland UK. UPS: Service for Europe.

NORTHERN IRELAND / CHANNEL ISLANDS / NORTHERN SCOTLAND 3-5 DAY DELIVERY.

PLEASE ADD £10.00 POUNDS STERLING to the Paypal Payment. (This only applies to goods being delivered by a courier company and not Royal Mail.)

Delivery is only made on working days and not on weekends and holidays.

GOODS CAN ALSO BE COLLECTED FROM OUR SOUTH WEST LONDON SHOWROOM (NO EXTRA CHARGES).

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please make sure someone is home to sign for the parcel. Two delivery attempts will be made by the courier. If delivery is unsuccessfull the item is returned to us then there will be a REDELIVERY charge applicable.

Returned Goods

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days from date of purchase less any applicable delivery charges.

If you have incorrectly ordered an item or an item which does not fit your car (prior to checking with us first) or simply just changed your mind there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

Goods which have been used , installed and returned in a unsaleable condition will not qualify for a full refund.

Special Order items can not be returned.

It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and new packaging.

You will be wholely responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.

Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to you.

Prior to returning any products, please contact returns@dynamicsounds.co.uk for a Returns Authorisation Number. Goods will not be accepted back without a valid returns Number.

Goods being returned under the Distance Selling Regulations cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.

Any Faulty items have to be returned to us and the carriage paid by yourself. We will pay for the item to be returned to you.
