We are happy to Cover all Postage Cost For Faulty/Incorrect Items, as long as they are reported within 5 Days after the item has been signed for. If you have changed your mind about an order or wish to exchange for an alternate product, you will be required to cover all postage cost. Any items returned for a refund will incur a 20% restocking charge from the refunded amount. We will not accept returns if the item is not it the original packaging or used.

All deliveries will automatically be shipped out to the address on PayPal so all addresses MUST be correct on your PayPal account, otherwise your item/s cannot not be resent free of charge.
Please be aware that we do not refund any postage costs if you decide you no longer want the item or you have chosen the wrong colour. we will only refund postage if we have sent the wrong item, a restocking charge of 20% may be applied if item was sent with free postage.
Any items returned due to incorrect address or failure to be collected from the sorting office will not be resent free of charge.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback, as we will do everything in our power to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, as we want all customers to be happy.
All feedback is reciprocated. when you leave positive feedback, we will do the same.
Unless notified, all items will be sent within the stated times. If item is late, if for any reason we know your item will be longer than the promised time frame we will contact you straight away to advise you of the situation.
Most overseas deliveries have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days, however this can sometimes take longer depending on location so please be patient.
If, for any reason the product is damaged or you are not happy with your product, you may return the item for either a refund, or exchange. However you must contact us first before this can be authorised. We may require photographic evidence.
Unfortunately we cannot refund items if they are returned damaged or have been part used so please make sure you check your entire order before you start using it. Any problems must be reported with in 7 days of receipt of goods.
Business hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Please bear this in mind when asking questions, as they will only be answered during working time slots.
All enquiries and orders taken late Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be replied to or shipped out on the Monday, although occasionally we may reply to emails on the weekend. The cut off point for next day orders is 12 noon.
All items must be paid for within 3 days from date of purchase, otherwise a case will be opened automatically by ebay. Payment after this time could result in a delayed dispatch.
All messages MUST be sent through eBay messages only – any messages sent outside of eBay will not be responded to.
Royal mail delivery times are estimated and can sometime take longer than advertised so if you need your item urgently please bear this in mind and use one of our faster courier services.
All orders taken before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day between Monday – Friday
All overseas packages will be sent by a tracked carrier and not royal mail services.
If you opt for next day carrier service and order before 12 noon , your item will be dispatched the same day and will arrive between 8am-6pm the following day (excluding weekends) if you opt for next day carrier after Friday 12 noon your item will be sent the following Monday
You CAN NOT choose the mixed colour option if you have only purchased 1 item in quantity. This option is there when you purchase 2 or more and require 2 or more different coloured product (note: This only applies to adverts where this option is available)
Please make sure you order the correct colour where applicable as we do not refund postage costs if the mistake was not on our part or if you decide you no longer want the item and wish to return for a refund. If postage was free of charge when you bought the item then there will be a restocking charge of 20% incurred to cover our postage costs.
Although you may have received a notification from eBay that your item has been dispatched, there may be a delay with your item leaving our office if we have not received any notification of your colour requirements, so it is very important that you notify us of your colour requirements to avoid delay and disappointment.
it is the customers responsibility to notify us of any changes in your address before the item is dispatched. we will only send to the address that is registered to your account. there will be a postage surcharge to have your item resent or redirected
