Returns Arrived Damaged or Faulty - If your goods arrived damaged or are faulty your first action is to inform us by email to ebayjce@jcelectrics.com within 7 days and preferably within 48 hours. All returned items must be back with us 7 days from the date we receive your email notification. Our Returns Department will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods. Faulty Goods - If your purchase was originally fine but has become faulty quite soon afterwards, please email us in the first instance to ebayjce@jcelectrics.com with a short description of the problem and we will email you back. Any items found to be faulty within the first 14 days may be returned to us for replacement (We stand the cost of the return postage). If the item is found to be faulty after 14 days from the date of delivery the item can be returned to us for replacement although the buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs. We reserve the right to deduct a fee of 20% from the refund for any orders that are cancelled. Your Right to Cancel / Non-Faulty Goods - Orders can be cancelled for up to 7 days from the day after the date of delivery. If you wish to cancel your must inform us via email ebayjce@jcelectrics.com within 7 days of the receipt of the goods. Upon acknowledgement from us, the item(s) can then be returned to us prior to making the refund, which you will receive within 30 days. Please Note: • The seven days notice period required to cancel goods starts on the day directly following the date the goods were delivered. • The buyer is to be responsible for the cost of postage when returning the item. If we have the item collected by our couriers we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the return shipping from any applicable refund. • The original cost of postage paid is not refundable. • The buyer is responsible for the goods until they reach us • The buyer must take "reasonable care" of the goods prior to returning them to us. • The goods must be returned to us in the same condition they were received in and with all applicable packaging. • The goods must not be opened or used in any way. Refunds Faulty Goods - All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded and we will pay the return postage. Please note that the verification process may mean we have to send the item back to the manufacturer. You will receive your refund within 30 days. Non-Faulty Goods - Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days as detailed above. Provided everything is in order the cost of the goods will be refunded. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.
