UK deliveries of the products shown on our ebay store and our website are carried out by independent companies/carriers. Please ensure you supply your telephone number at time of ordering to avoid any unnecessary delay.
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
Our delivery charges vary depending on which product is ordered and generally delivery prices quoted are for UK Mainland only, some areas may incur a small delivery surcharge. These may include the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Mann, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands and postcodes TR, SA, LD, SY, LL, DG, TD, EH, ML, KA, G, PA, FK, PH, KY, DD, IV,AB, KW, HS. Most of our items are usually despatched within 1-3 working days (not weekends or Bank Holidays) and delivery usually takes 1 to 7 working days.
For delivery of our playhouses and some other larger items we will telephone you to book a convenient date for delivery.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Notification to Buttercup Bazaar Ltd must be made within 7 days of receipt of your goods, in writing via e-mail to email@example.com and fully outlining the relevant issue / cause for the requirement to return the said goods. Goods must be unused / un-assembled and returned in their original packaging and condition - we will not accept returns of used / assembled or incorrectly packaged items. In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace them in part or whole in accordance with your statutory rights. We are only able to refund the cost of postage where goods are supplied in a faulty or damaged condition. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. If the customer wishes to return items that are as a result of change of mind, goods must be returned in original packaging and of pristine condition to receive a refund. Buttercup Bazaar Ltd will make a pre-advised charge for the collection of goods from your premises. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the Terms & Conditions outlined above.
The United Kingdom’s Consumer Protection Regulations allow you to cancel your contract within 7 working days from our receipt of your order to receive a full refund of any payments made to Buttercup Bazaar Ltd. However if the goods have already been despatched to you by carrier and are already in transit, you would be liable for the cost of the return of the goods to us.
Order cancellations must be sent by email or by post to facilitate this cancellation. You must send either a letter or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) quoting the order reference number and your name and address.
