Any item purchased from ourselves may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (postage & packing not included). Goods must be unused and in their original packaging (Damaged packaging carries a repacking charge). The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We suggest you use Recorded Delivery or other trackable means as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit
Refund On Correctly Supplied Goods:-
We will take returns on correctly supplied goods or if customer purchased incorrectly - however return postage and a 15% restocking charge will be paid by the customer.
Faulty goods :-
In the unlikely event that an item is returned because it is faulty, it must be returned to us and it will be sent to either our supplier or an independent specialist for test or examination - we will only issue a refund or new part once we have the test / examination results.
