    • If, for any reason, the product does not operate as expected please contact us before you go to a garage as we can usually help with the minor common fitting problems over the phone. If we cannot help, we will replace the item provided it has not been used or damaged, but we DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY for costs incurred without our prior written approval.


 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Orders are sent out by Royal Mail, Courier or Parcelforce Euro 48, dependent on the size and value of the products and delivery destination.  

Most items require a signature on delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that there will be someone present at the delivery address to sign for the item. If items are returned to us because there is nobody available to accept the delivery, the buyer will be responsible for any redelivery charges incurred. 

We despatch all orders Mon to Fri (excluding bank or public holidays) within 3 working days of receipt and clearance of payment.   Delivery times cannot be guaranteed if the order is sent out using Royal Mail.  Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to delays if Customs clearance is necessary.

Provided an item is unused, it may be returned for a refund within 14 days of the original delivery date. We must be contacted in advance if you wish to return an item to obtain a returns authorisation number. Refunds cannot be made for items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or modified in any way.
