Full return instructions are enclosed with your item when despatched to you. On returning an item to us you must take reasonable care of it and return it to us in a condition that allows resale. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is in any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable. The refund will be made within a few days of our acknowledged receipt, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. We recommend that the returned item be posted back to us by recorded delivery (UK) or an alternative trackable method if from abroad. This is for your protection as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to us, unless the return is as a result of an error on our part. This does not affect your statutory rights.
