I thought it was a good idea at the time. i was full of good intentions, the new slim me was on its way ! WELL its still in its box looking nice and slim, its a shame im still vegging out on the sofa, hay ho maybe one day. I have decided to pass it on to a friend and wait with bated breath to see the new slim friend rise from the comfort of her sofa.If all else fails we might give it to charity and go for a cuppa and a nice slice of cake in some nice little tea room some where.

I've always wanted to be able to do the dancing they do on Strictly so thought this DVD would be perfect to learn the moves as well as getting fit!. I have only used the DVD once up to now and i am a little sceptical about how long it is going to take me to get used to the moves let alone have a good workout!! In my opinion Flavia doesnt go the right way about teaching the moves. She goes through the whole workout in one go and by the 3rd move you have already forgotten the first!!I am going to persevere though and i am sure i will get there.
Learn salsa, tango, quick step and jive while working out. Superb warm up and cool down routines also - great music, superb cardio workouts while toning every muscle in your body. These girls make re-shaping your body fun. Its fantastic. No dislikes, only - those two (Flavia and Kelly) make me sick they're so shapely, graceful and fit!! I bought this as I used to do latin dancing but stopped for a while, got out of shape and gained weight and needed to get back into fitness and dancing at home first before I'm ready to face the big bad world. Get this dvd - don't even hesitate - if you're remotely interested in dancing and / or keeping fit, its for you!
