Altinkum is a quickly developing holiday resort completely different from what it used to be 10-15 years ago. It now welcomes large population of tourists and foreign residents from all over the world. However if you compare it to the big tourist resorts like Bodrum, Kusadasi it has not been spoiled in any way. Most all of the infrastructure work has now been completed and most main roads have now been finished including pedestrian areas around main beach.There is a local market in Didim which is held every Saturday and can be reached by local Dolmus (bus) from the resort  centre. The bus runs every 5 minutes or if you want to walk it takes about 25 minutes.

This outstanding three bedroom semi-detached villa located just off the marina road and 20 minutes’ walk from the beach.

Outside (ref pictures) the villa, metal work wall etc. has been repainted in a lovely style with a beautiful garden inside which not only includes a pretty wide selection of flowers but also lemon, orange trees and a grape vine which fruit every year. There is also two barbeques and a private swimming pool which has as you can see by the pictures has its own extra metal fence and gate segregating the pool for safety purposes should you have any children or pets running about on the patio. The swimming pool comes with cleaning equipment.A back-up water tank and pump has been installed and these increase the water pressure throughout the villa. Plus a hose on a wall nearby for refilling the pool or garden watering.

The villa itself comprises of three floors in total, fully furnished with a roof terrace giving you stunning views of the surrounding area. The entire villa has been refurbished inside and out to a very high standard.

On the ground floor is a brand new modern style kitchen-diner fully furnished with fridge freezer, gas cooker and washing machine and a breakfast bar. Some stairs then lead from here to the roof terrace where there is a fitted washing line sink and water point. Mosquito nets are fitted throughout.
