Whilst Pure Car Parts Ltd makes every effort to ensure that goods supplied correspond to in every respect with the sample, specification or description, provided as the case maybe, PCP Ltd is not responsible for the minor variations in specification, colour or other design features, and in the case of business purchasers no such minor variation shall entitle the Purchaser to rescind the contract or shall be the subject of any claim against PCP Ltd by the Purchaser.

Deliveries & Shipping Charges
Pure Car Parts Ltd will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the time indicated. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates.
Shipping charges are worked out during checkout. There are normally 1-3 shipping options available. All orders are sent using Royal Mail,  Interlink Express or via another reputable carrier. "Seller's Standard Rate" and "Other Courier" shipping options will be provided by Interlink Express  or Royal Mail Special Delivery and are normally a 2-5 working day service for payments cleared before 2pm to mainland UK addresses only. Please make sure someone will be in to receive your delivery as further charges may apply if more then two delivery attempts are made. All deliveries must be fully inspected upon delivery as insurance will not be valid for deliveries signed for undamaged or not inspected.  Royal Mail 1st Class deliveries are aimed at 1-2 days delivery.  Royal Mail Standard Parcels is normally a 3-5 day service . However please allow up to 2 weeks for all Royal Mail deliveries. All Royal Mail services may be delayed during busy mail periods.
Postage price is to mainland UK only . Republic of Ireland , Ireland , all channel Islands and all other countries will be different , please ask for postage price before ordering .
All non reciept of goods claims must be made within 14 days from item 'marked as despatched' on myEbay page .

Title
Title to any goods supplied to the customer by Pure Car Parts Ltd shall remain the property of Pure Car Parts Ltd until paid for in full.
Title to the goods passes to you immediately before your consignment is delivered to our nominated carrier(s) for dispatch. 

Contract Cancellation / Returns
If you are a consumer you have the right, to cancel the contract and receive a full or partial refund for items purchased. 
You must inform us in either writing or electronic mail of your desire to cancel within 14 days commencing on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You then have a reasonable period of 7 days to return the goods to us.
You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable condition and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. 
Pure Car Parts Ltd is not responsible for any costs incurred during fitting or removal of any allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) goods. To offset the cost of order processing, the Purchaser may be charged a handling fee in accordance with costs incurred by the Company on all returned goods unless the Company accepts liability for any unsuitable or faulty item. An amount no greater than 25% of the original purchase price will be applied.
We shall refund the amount of money less handling fee within 30 days of cancellation in writing or electronic mail from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Warranty 
Unless otherwise stated, goods purchased from this website or by mail order are covered by a 1 year / 12,000 mile (where applicable) manufacturer's warranty. This excludes all lighting products (headlamp bulbs, sidelight bulbs, etc).Sealey : if any fault occurs with this range of product within the warranty period the fault will need to be reported to us and the product sent back to us with buyer details and full written description of faults for examination by sealey. the fault will either be repaired by sealey or a replacement given where neccesary , only if an item is unrepairable and replacement is unavailable will a refund be granted .If the manufacturer determins that the fault with the item is through missuse or the item has been tampered with - all warranty is void . If further warranty details are required on a specific product, please contact us.
