MEASURING GUIDE

Firstly decide whether the blind(s) will be fitted inside the window recess or on the outside.

INSIDE RECESS

FOR INSIDE RECESS FITTING YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE THE FULL RECESS MEASUREMENT FROM WALL TO WALL AND ORDER BLIND AS ’RECESS SIZE’.

USING A METAL TAPE MEASURE TAKE FIRSTLY THE WIDTH AND THEN THE DROP MEASUREMENTS IN 3 PLACES ( AS SHOWN). ORDER AS THE SMALLEST MEASUREMENT AND WE WILL MAKE THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS - (A DEDUCTION OF 15MM FROM THE WIDTH WILL BE MADE TO ALLOW FOR CLEARANCE)

OUTSIDE RECESS

OUTSIDE RECESS (2) FOR OUTSIDE RECESS FITTING YOU WILL NEED TO MEASURE THE EXACT AREA YOU NEED THE BLIND TO COVER (WE RECOMMEND ALLOWING AT LEAST 50MM COVERAGE ALL AROUND THE WINDOW) AND ORDER AS ’BLIND SIZE’.

MEASURE THE WIDTH THEN DROP REQUIRED ALLOWING FOR THIS OVERLAP.
