Food Safety:

Please be assured that all of our staff carry the latest food hygiene qualifications.

At Molly’s Mixtures we do believe in delivering the best value for money 1^st time and every time. That is why our retail scales are fully approved by our local trading standards department.

Allergy Information:

Where possible we try and answer all questions regarding allergies. However, we cannot guarantee that products from our site have not been in contact with nuts.

Packaging:

All of our sweets are packed in clear bags & dependent on the weight/pack size will be dispatched in either a brand new mailing bag or a cardboard box.

All ingredients and best before dates can be requested and/or viewed on the listings themselves.

Shelf Life:

We purchase new stock on a daily/weekly basis and therefore have a constant turnaround of the freshest stock available. Shelf life therefore is never a problem. The majority of our sweets carry between at least 9 and 12 months some up to 18 months. This depends on the nature of the product.

Due to the high number of sweets we sell, you should never receive anything with less than 3 months shelf life.

Postage

P&P Charges:
All deliveries to mainland UK are free. For other areas of the UK please contact us first so we can let you know if there is a postage surcharge – this is only normally the case if your order exceeds 2kg and when delivered by a courier.

Delivery times:

All orders are dispatched the next working day following payment (Monday to Friday). Sometimes they may even be dispatched the same day.

If your order weighs less than 2kg (including packaging), it will be sent using the Royal Mail 2^nd class service so it should be with you in approx 2- 4 days.

For orders over 2kg, these are normally sent with a courier on a 48 hour service. A tracking number is available upon request.

You will receive a confirmation email from eBay when you order has been dispatched.

If you want your order in a hurry please just contact us for prices before you complete your payment.

Overseas:
We are more than happy to post overseas.

Please note that orders below 2kg are sent using Royal Mail Standard Airmail service which is not a tracked facility. For any orders exceeding this weight, please contact us for the best and most up to date courier charges.

Returns

We take our customers comments really seriously, so if you have a damaged or faulty product we will refund it if you tell us within 7 days of order.
If you have ordered the wrong product in error or just don’t like it, we cannot accept returns for food and safety regulations, sorry!
