DISPATCH
Due to high demand, dispatch times
have been increased (to ridiculous levels pre-Christmas).
However, most orders will be sent out
a lot sooner than the listing suggests - as you can see from my feedback.
DELAYS
To avoid delays, please provide a
phone number that the courier is able to contact you on.
It's important to keep an eye on
tracking numbers daily!
If your parcel has been delayed, please
let me know when they arrive.
RETURNS
If you’re unhappy with your purchase,

I’ll send you a pre-paid returns pack
addressed to the factory, which supplies me.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND TO THE ADDRESS
PROVIDED as I will not be able to refund
postage.

Goods are damaged or faulty or the
incorrect item(s) were dispatched.
Goods must be returned, in an

Dispatch
Times have been increased due to the holiday period, however, in the
vast majority of cases, your item should still be dispatched a lot earlier than stated.... as my feedback testifies. Royal Mail also experience delays during this time & this is out of my control so I have exaggerated the dispatch times to cover myself.

you're in a desperate rush for your parcel, I do offer overnight
delivery via courier, however this does not guarantee that items will be
dispatched on the 1st working day!
