Slight colour and shade variations may occur on the final print. Please be aware that all pc screens are set up differently and this will result in some colour deviations from your pc to mine, some orders are printed off in RGB and some are printed off in a CMYK mode. All computer screens vary in colour so the colour on final prints can vary too compared to your computer screen - in this case we would advise you to purchase a sample before placing an order.
If I receive low resolution photos to upload onto your order I cannot accept responsiblity if the photo doesn't print in high qualitiy.

When placing an order you are confirming you have read and will abide by my terms and conditions.
Please supply your photographs in a JPEG format. To ensure a maximum quality print out, please make sure your photo is as large as possible and is as a high resolution JPEG file. Ideally the photo needs to be approx 1mb in size if not more.

When you provide me with any kind of photograph you are confirming you are the rightful owner and own/have been given the copyright of the image. You must have the rights to use any photographs.

Orders are dispatched after the proof has been agreed; this is usually within 5 working days. Orders are sent via Royal Mails 1st Postal service.
Please note I cannot accept liability for delay in delivery once order has been dispatched, please take up any delays with Royal Mail.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full and approval is received for the email proof.
Goods not received: Please note that Royal Mail does not consider a parcel missing until a period of at least two weeks has elapsed. I cannot accept liability for loss in the Royal Mail postal service.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Republic of Ireland or Overseas delivery charges will occur. Please contact me for a postage quote.
6. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Cancelling before your proof preview
If you would like to cancel your order after payment has been sent, please contact me as soon as possible. If no work has been started on your order then I will happily give you a full refund.
7.2 Cancelling after your proof preview
If you wish to cancel your order after I have designed and completed the setting of your order (i.e re-wording of the design, adding images and changes to colours or layout). Then I cannot offer a full refund. I will offer a refund minus 45% of the total for the work already completed on your order.
7.3 Cancelling after printing
I am unable to offer a refund after your order has been approved and printed. All orders are printed to meet your requirements. Thus, cancellations will not be considered after you have given the OK to print your order.
7. Refund Policy
Once the proof has been approved I cannot accept responsibility of any typo or grammar errors on the final print. Please ensure you check all spelling before giving the go ahead for printing to commence.
Unfortunately, there are occasions when errors occur. If the product you receive has a printing error that was caused by my printing process, I will gladly replace your order at no charge. Just send back your original order and a replacement order will be shipped to you by the same method as your original order. You will be liable for the costs of returning any goods to us.
At my discretion I may offer you a refund if you can demonstrate that the printed order received unreasonably differs from the email proof.
Yellow Blossom Designs does not sell or exchange names or any other information about its customers. I use the information gathered from our online customers to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience only.
All designs are created, drawn and designed by me and are only permitted for a one time personal use or event. The Yellow Blossom logo and web address will be printed in small on the reverse of all Yellow Blossom's printed stationery, usually in the bottom right hand corner. This is to aid copyright protection and may not be removed or tampered with under any circumstances.
