All UK Mainland shipping is Free for this item by Royal Mail Standard Delivery Service.

FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY simply select 'Other 24 Hour Courier' at the checkout and pay only £2.99 and you will receive your item fully tracked and Next Day if you order before 12.00. Whilst shipping schedules can never be 100% guaranteed by any courier we will endeavour to pack and ship this item to arrive with you Next Working Day if you order before 12.00 noon.

Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. Most orders made before 2pm with cleared payment are despatched the same day! Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. For any region or country not covered above please contact us for accurate shipping rates. Please note that we have special concessions with our couriers for the regions listed above - other areas, even those close to the UK may be surprisingly more expensive.

Note that collection is available for this product but the shipping charge will still be charged. This is because collections are always time consuming - we are not generally geared up for retail from our premises.

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days before submitting payment.

You can change your mind for any reason within 30 calendar days of delivery and we will be happy to provide a full refund. This applies to all sales within the European Union. We kindly ask you to return the item in it's new unused condition in its original manufacturer packaging by your own method.

If you receive the wrong item or if the item has been damaged in transit, please contact us straight away and we will replace it immediately. We will arrange the collection of the item and send the correct item to you at the same time. International customers will need to return the item by their own method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund international postage.

If your item is faulty upon receiving it, we’ll need to get it back for testing and we will replace the faulty item with a new one. If you have used the item and the goods are within the warranty period, please contact us and arrange for a warranty repair. Items returned under warranty will need to be sent to us at your own cost.

We are unable to refund any expedited delivery charges such as Saturday or Guaranteed Next Day. For items delivered outside the mainland UK, we are not able to refund any additional or international postage or return postage costs incurred.

When writing to us to arrange to return an item, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the reason for return. Include your name, contact details and the invoice number to allow us to track the item. The more details that you give will help us to give a speedy response.
