Very good phone-my wife now uses it and is very happy with it for phone calls texting and taking photos etc. Also good for sending photos and e-mails. Just as good as the later models S6 S7, but without so many unecessary gimmicks. Needs charging every two days,or everyday if used more often or for internet too.

It's hard to believe that Samsung ever made a phone this bad. The battery life and power consumption is shocking, it requires a full charge at least twice daily even with moderate usage. Apps frequently crash and the phone has a mysterious habit of restarting unprompted. Simply put, this is the worst smartphone i have ever come into contact with.

This is the best phone I've had more than happy with it. Easy to use has Wi Fi so can easily connect to my broad band for quick downloads to add apps or surf the net. Syncs to my Emails so can keep up to date with new ones coming in. Has a great camera takes good clear pictures that a bigger camera would, so when special moments come always got a good camera so won't miss it. Also easily connects to my laptop so can upload them quickly with no leads. Nice large screen making viewing clear and can blow up if wanted. Set up it quick and easy but takes a bit longer to set preferences to how I want but once done its great. This phone is so good to use I use it now more than my laptop as it's easier and less hassle. Only down side is battery does not last long needs charging every other day depending what I do if gaming or surfing then every day. But great looking phone easy to use and has most things you would ever need if you need more then sure you could add easily.Read full review
I bought this phone as I wanted to have a bigger screen. Apart from normal day things that you do with a phone, I use it for Fell Walking etc. So, I can use the GPS and get a decent size map and my position on it. Sometimes the weather is not so great so the larger screen is handy. It has not let me down. It does everything that I ask of it. It fits nicely in the hand and is very slim. Personally I bought an extended battery pack, as sometimes I am up the mountains a long time and the GPS does drain batteries somewhat. There is nothing to dislike about this phone and it comes out on top when compared to an iphone.
I bought this phone because i was becoming inceasingly annoyed with my blackberry' s internet crashing & the screen was too small. I know so many people who have the galaxy S11 & they all think it is wonderful. I think it is really easy to use & the apps are amazing. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone because of its ease of use & large memory.
