PRICES & PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all forms of PayPal payments including eCheques. Please be aware that eCheques may take several working days to process (usually between 3-7 working days). Due to PayPal’s Protection Policy, we can only ship to the account holders confirmed address/es registered in PayPal. Please DO NOT ASK US to send to any other address or to collect your order, when paid through PayPal.
Please note we can only accept cash on collection. If you would like to collect your order, please contact us, for further information and to make an appointment.
We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payments if we suspect fraudulent behaviour.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch authorised orders within 24 hours of cleared payment (excludes weekends and bank holidays were goods will be dispatched next business day). Any dates quoted for delivering the goods and/or completing performance of the service are approximate only.
We use professional carriers, such as RoyalMail, UPS, DPD, DHL or ParcelForce for UK and Worldwide deliveries. For Worldwide delivery, please click on the Postage & Payment tab above for more information and prices. Worldwide delivery times vary on their destination.
RETURNS UNDER 7 Days
You are entitled to cancel your Contract, so long as you provide us with written notice at anytime within 7 working days starting from the day after you received the goods. You can send your cancellation notice by email to email@example.com. Your cancellation notice must quote your name, address, the name or a description of the goods and your order reference number.
Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will contact you and provide details of where you must return the goods and other relevant instructions. Please note that we will reject any return if it hasn't been approved and has no returns number (RMA). You must then immediately return the goods to us at your own cost and risk.
We recommend that goods should be sent by a recorded method of delivery, as proof of return may be required. Goods should also be insured in case they go missing or are damaged during return transit. You are responsible for the security and safety of the goods until they are received and accepted back into our premises. If you do not use insurance and the goods are damaged or go missing, you are fully liable for the cost of the goods.
The goods must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received them, with its original packaging and the original invoice. We will charge you a restocking fee of up to 20% on goods that are returned to us opened or used.
REFUND PROCESS FOR RETURNS (UNDER THE “COOLING OFF” PERIOD)
We will examine any returned goods and will notify you about your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process a refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to it. Refunds will be made by crediting the payment card or electronic payment account you used to purchase the goods.
Please note; if you have paid for express delivery in preference to the standard delivery option this will not be refunded.
All products that come with manufacturer warranties will have it mentioned in their respective listings. All other products come with 6 months return to base warranty, from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
