My wife had a S4 and she loved it! So when my LG went bad there was no question on what phone to buy. Very easy to operate and navigate through the settings. The processor is fast compared to the LG phone and has long battery life. The bad is it has a lot of Samsung specific apps built in that I don't use but can't delete them.

Phone came as described and Sprint activated it without issue, unlike the one I ordered from Amazon immediately prior and sent back. This one works just like a new phone - clean ESN. I did have to replace the battery as it did not hold a charge for long, but that was only $10, so still very satisfied. Why pay the carrier $1000+ along with insurance when you can get a solid phone for under $100??

Great phone! Was able to get it up and running without going to a sprint store. Did it all on the laptop and a couple of phone calls. SIM card was free , sprint reembursed the cost of the card on my next bill. Factory pre installed apps and some upgrade prompts are a nucence, but I guess that's normal. No way around that as far as I know.
