Delivery Info
Shipping occurs Monday - Friday only. All orders that are received before 12 noon, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same day. Any orders received after 12 noon will despatch the following business day with the requested service.
Customer Services
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make with Village Hats. If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, we will exchange it, replace it or return it for a refund for the purchase price of your merchandise.
Only new and unworn merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Any merchandise that arrives after the 14 day period will only be eligible for an exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We ship exchanges, Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded).
When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of the postage to Village Hats. For your own protection we suggest you use 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to track your packages and to ensure the packages are signed for upon delivery to Village Hats. We ship exchanged products back to you for free with Royal Mail 2nd class service.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Village Hats will cover any additional postage costs incurred.

For your convenience, we include a sticky label on your order form with our address.
Fill out the form on the back of your order form and send it back with the package. We will then return or exchange as requested. If you now have an alternative shipping address please provide these new details clearly with the hat and include with the package.

MEASURE: Measuring for your head size is both an art and a science. You can use a tape measure or a length of string that you will have to hold up to a tape measure to determine the length. Place the string or tape around you head about 1/8” above your ear, across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. Basically you need to measure your head exactly where the hat will sit. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.
COMPARE: Another valid method to determine hat size is to try on a hat and check the size. If you don’t own a hat, then try on a random hat next time you are visiting a shop that stocks hats. Sizes, even though they do vary depending on the hat maker, are technically universal. You may refer to the sizing chart above if you need to convert a medium to an actual hat size.
