La nostra politica è soddisfatti o rimborsati. Il cliente che non è soddisfatto della qualità dell'oggetto acquistato verrà rimborsato immediatamente alla ricezione dell'oggetto in questione oppure, qualora presente in magazzino, gli sarà offerto un altro esemplare che corrisponda alla qualità proposta dalla descrizione. Anche senza          motivazione, il cliente che restituisce un lotto viene rimborsato.
Il tempo medio di risposta alle email e di soluzione dei problemi è di 3 giorni lavorativi. Il cliente tuttavia non si allarmi se, nei periodi di punta, ad esempio il mese di Dicembre, le tempistiche si allungano fino a 4 o 5 giorni. Il rimborso è comunque SEMPRE GARANTITO.
